Just wondering about whether there were any creative solutions regarding parking. I heard from someone who attended public meetings previously that this is one of the issues concerning the nearby neighbors. If there is a large event, where will everyone park once the lot of 44 spaces is full? I can see why the neighbors don't want all the street spaces taken, and while many will arrive via bus 88 or 90, and by bicycle, no doubt many others will drive.

I just hope those attending the meeting on 1/26 will be sensitive to the concerns of the neighbors. I am personally very excited about the Armory and hope it gets the entertainment license!

What a gorgeous place! Who knew!? I drove by it today actually and took note how different it looked for some reason. Looks like the exterior was worked over. And that front door is awesome.

The other good news is that local actions like Joe's are happening all over the country and for a simple reason: They must. It will be the only option as weak chains and malls pull out/dissolve all across the country.

I hope small banks can also hang around and team with small business to weather the storm. Together let's hold the line!

Hi Joe,
I'd like to recommend the newly relocated Bowl and Board. It is a family owned business. You should talk to the owner, Mark about his focus on buying local and leaving a small footprint. Great stuff!
